Villa Mustique is private, quiet, and very spacious. It is situated in Marigot, overlooking the bay of Marigot and protected on one side by a green hill. Both indoors and on the large terrace, it has plenty of space for groups of friends or extended families who enjoy keeping their privacy while being together.

Coming up the driveway, you arrive at a very large parking area. When you enter the house from there, you begin in the living area, which has a cozy sitting area with lots of books, art and decoration, and vintage furniture.

Next to this is the kitchen, which has two parts. One is accessible from the back and has a large Lacanche stove and a second sink. The appliances are well integrated, and green marble is used throughout. There is a breakfast bar and a nice dining table.

Two of the six bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living space. The other two are downstairs, with one behind the other. Three of them have ocean views, and all four have large ensuite bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned. A fifth and sixth bedrooms occupy their own two floor building just in front of the pool area with stunning views and offering privacy.

The wrap-around veranda encircles the whole house, and the large terrace includes a sitting area, a gazebo, sunbathing areas, a heated pool, and a large green lawn and well-maintained gardens.
