The brand-new, entirely renovated Villa Captiva (CVA) is an elegant and sophisticated addition to the St. Barth landscape. The architecture and design of this luxury rental property incorporate traditional island charm but also have elements that make it distinctive. The wood cladding and mint green color on the exterior help it integrate nicely with the surrounding environment. Inside, there are very high-end furnishings and decorative objects.

A number of small staircases and garden pathways connect the various levels and structures of Villa Captiva. Each bedroom is in its own bungalow, which gives them all a lot of privacy and makes this villa suitable for a group of friends or family of adults traveling together.

The location on Marigot Bay gives the villa many advantages. It has access to a virtually private white sand beach with a pergola on the deck. The biggest advantage is arguably the private dock on the bay.
 
There are plenty of shared areas to spend time with your loved ones. The main deck has spaces for relaxing or entertaining, as well as a large, overflowing heated swimming pool right beside the bay. Inside, a large room contains the living area, fully equipped kitchen (and back kitchen), and an office/library. Upstairs, there’s an air-conditioned recreation area with a TV and table football. There’s also an air-conditioned fitness room.
 
Each of the four main bedroom bungalows has its own private terrace. They all also have dressing areas and ensuite bathrooms, two of which have claw-foot bathtubs. One of the bedrooms has an adjoining room, also with its own bathroom, which is suitable for a nanny or children. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The villa has ample parking, with a covered and enclosed garage and a carport with places for four cars and an electric charging station.
