With its new construction and modern and comfortable vibe, Flamand Escape (FLP) is an excellent home for a group of friends to share. The layout of the luxury rental property ensures that everyone has their privacy, but it also has some generous spaces that allow a group to come together and enjoy one another’s company.
As the name suggests, Flamand Escape has a superb location in Flamands, near the neighborhood’s vast white sand beaches and the services of its premier luxury hotel, Cheval Blanc–St Barth. And for guests who would prefer not to venture off the property at all, the holiday house has ample outdoor space to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy meals together around an alfresco dining table.
The villa is decorated with black and white photos and richly textured fabrics, giving it a feeling of calm. The furniture is contemporary but also has some warm touches.
The layout is spread over several levels. The parking area is on the ground floor, with the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and one of the bedrooms on the middle floor, and the second bedroom on the top level. This separation between the rooms allows for maximum privacy, and each bedroom has a European king-size bed, private terrace, and ensuite bathroom with a rain head shower.
The house is fully air-conditioned, and the pool is heated.
