The newly built Villa Estrela (EST) is indeed a rising star on the island of St. Barth. Constructed in traditional Caribbean style, with warm mahogany-toned wood for the pitched ceilings the luxury rental home is a haven for families, as all four of the bedrooms are beneath the same roof. The property also benefits from its splendid beach and sea views and its convenient location right at the end of Flamands Beach—all you need to do is go outside and cross the street. A short trail that leads to Colombier Beach is also right nearby.

Villa Estrela sparkles with style and attention to detail. A comfortable, thoughtfully furnished (with a few retro midcentury touches) and fully air-conditioned living and dining area opens out onto a small terrace, and a set of stairs takes you down to a pool and lawn with loungers for sunbathing, both of which have those tremendous sea views. On the other side of the living area is a kitchen that’s open to the sitting room with a low counter with barstools in between. There’s a second, outdoor dining area with a gas grill to the right of the house. (Concierge can stock your refrigerator with steaks to put on it—or arrange for a pro to handle the cooking for you.)

All four of the bedrooms lie to left side of the living area. Each of them has a queen bed and air-conditioning, and two of them look out over the sea. Three of them have ensuite bathrooms, and the fourth has a bathroom next door, which can also serve as a guest bathroom for the villa.
