The location gives the vacation home spectacular views of Grand Cul-de-Sac, Tortue Island, and the surrounding areas, and the interior design gives it a masculine but inviting feel. Along with its clean-lined architecture and neutral-colored decoration, the house offers all the modern conveniences.

Villa Aloha is an easy home for a group of friends to share. There is ample space to find solitude in a quiet spot or enjoy the company of others, and the bedrooms are all equal in size and similarly appointed. The kitchen and living room share the main space of Villa Aloha. These can be open to the Caribbean breezes or closed off and air-conditioned. The terrace offers an additional sitting area and a shaded dining table, as well as the heated infinity pool and chaise lounges for sunbathing. The pool’s irregular shape gives it extensions and corners that are shaded at various times of day.

Up one flight of stairs, there is a second covered terrace with a sitting area. This gives guests a point from which to enjoy the views from even higher up, perhaps with their morning coffee or evening sundowners.
 
One of the bedrooms is in its own building to the left of the living spaces. The other 3 are downstairs, accessible via a staircase. Each of the bedrooms has a king (or European king) bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace. There is also a fitness room on the lower level, which has a nice view.
