As one might guess, the newly constructed luxury villa Golden View (GLD) has terrific views. From its perch in Vitet, it looks out over Lorient Bay, which really does take on a golden sheen at twilight. The view spans 180 degrees of pure St. Barth beauty, with trees on the hillsides and a million shades of blue in the sea. On a clear day you can see St. Martin and Anguilla.
Inside, the decor of Villa Golden View is simple, modern, and stylish. There is nothing much to divert your attention from the goings-on outside. Unobtrusive in nature, it serves as a backdrop against which you can easily make the villa feel like your home away from home.
The layout makes it suitable for a family or two couples traveling together. One of the bedrooms is on the main level with the living area, kitchen, and terrace. The other is directly above it, with a similar layout and views, and accessed by an internal staircase. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a TV with Canal Sat, Dish Network and Apple TV. The upstairs bedroom has a small private terrace.
On the main terrace downstairs, there is a heated infinity pool and a large deck with sunny and shaded lounging areas and two outdoor dining tables. Inside, the kitchen is spacious and modern. There is a small fitness room below the main level.
