The luxurious Villa La Plage enjoys the blessings of a perfect location. Guests relaxing on the magnificent terrace have the choice of taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or plunging into the clear ocean water just steps away across a white sand beach. Situated near the east end of Plage de Lorient, Villa La Plage one of the newest-construction beachfront properties available on the island, an extraordinary home in an ideal spot straight out of a postcard.
The architectural design of Villa La Plage's indoor and outdoor spaces merges perfectly the living and dining areas with the terrace and the spectacular view over the blue waters of the bay. The gorgeous swimming pool and inviting Jacuzzi provide a focal point for afternoons of relaxing in the sun. And for when guests wish to leave this sanctuary, it has recently been stocked with two kayaks, two stand-up paddle boards, two surfboards, snorkeling gear.
In the evening, plentiful sheltered seating, pleasant lighting and a bar on the patio make the space suitable for socializing or just quietly enjoying the night breeze. Two fully equipped kitchens offer the option of making meal preparation a social experience or of having a chef prepare a sumptuous dinner apart from guests in a more traditional style.
Villa La Plage's five bedrooms are similar in size and luxury, all with king beds, private terraces and luxurious ensuite baths with double vanities and rain-head showers. HDTV's, dark wood furnishings, and linens and bathrobes of the highest quality complete the vision of comfort these rooms provide. In addition to the five bedrooms in the main house, guests now have the option of renting the villa's second beautiful building, a two-bedroom beach house that also contains an extra kitchen/living room and patio. This new configuration preserves the villa’s sense of intimacy, and offers increased privacy for larger groups.
During high season and holiday season, guests of Villa La Plage enjoy daily housekeeping with evening turndown service as well as complimentary daily continental breakfast seven days a week. In low season the same service is provided every day except Sunday and official holidays.
A professional butler service between 2 pm and 6 pm during week days is now also part of the guest experience.
