Ty Bihan

Near the water sports and beach restaurants of Grand Cul de Sac, the newly built Villa Ty Bihan (TYB) is an oasis for people who look for modern, comfortable, and simple ways of living while on their St. Barth holiday. At the same time, the luxury rental property is a haven for aquatic sports enthusiasts, as Grand Cul de Sac is one of the island’s prime spots for kayaking, paddle boarding, and kiting.

Inside, Villa Ty Bihan is decorated in an unpretentious style, with an emphasis on natural materials and soft colors. Its hillside location is high enough to afford it pleasing views over the lagoon but still low enough for a short drive to the beach and its many seaside restaurants.

Guests arrive at the house by way of the garden, and then they enter the large open-plan living room on the main floor of the villa. This space blends seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen and onto the terrace, which has covered and sunny areas, as well as a heated infinity pool. While the villa’s architecture and design are understated, its views of the lagoon and the ocean are impressive.

The two main bedrooms are similar in size and located on opposite sides of the living area. Each one has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a Smart TV, a dressing area, a sea view, and a small outdoor living space. One of them is a few steps above the main area, while the third bedroom is a full flight of stairs below. This room has the same amenities, except for a partial ocean view and an outdoor space that faces the garden.

Downstairs, there is also a family room with large couches facing a television, a fitness room, and an additional bathroom. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned.
