The luxury rental property overlooks the comings and goings in the pond and lagoon and has plenty of spaces for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying the magnificent view.
The layout of Villa Takamaka makes it ideal for a family or close friends to share. It was designed to have private spaces and shared ones, and each of the bedrooms is comfortable and filled with amenities. The infinity pool on the terrace is heated.
The living room and kitchen share a single common space with lofty vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. There are also two dining bars for those who prefer different environments for breakfast and evening cocktails, and the Sibarth concierge can organize everything from private breakfast chefs to wine tasting, as well as other activities inside and outside the house.
The two spacious bedrooms are next to one another, and each one has a king-size bed, large windows a large ensuite bathroom, and a wardrobe. Along with the shared areas, they can be fully air-conditioned.
Villa Casa Takamaka can be rented together with the neighboring Villa Casa Pablo for a total of six bedrooms. During the holiday period, the two must be rented together.
