The newly built Villa Coucher de Soleil (COS) is an oasis of true St. Barth living in the quaint Corossol neighborhood. The luxury rental property is designed with calm colors and natural materials for an easy way of life in harmony with nature. As the name suggests, the house gives its guests spectacular sunset views all year long.
The entrance to Villa Coucher de Soleil puts you in the living area and kitchen when you arrive. These have vaulted, warmly lit ceilings and are decorated largely in white, giving them a feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen has a large island in the middle, which also serves as a bar or breakfast spot. The large dining table is on the covered terrace.
This terrace extends further out, and it has sun loungers in one of the uncovered areas, as well as a group of couches and tables, which are perfect for sunset cocktails or long conversations after dinner. The pool is also on the terrace, and it can be closed off with a net for extra security for families traveling with small children.
The two bedrooms are on the right side of the living room and have access to the terrace in front of them. Each one has an ensuite bathroom. The fitness room is also in this area of the house.
