The villa is spread over several levels. You arrive in the common area, which has a living space that can be air-conditioned or cooled by the breeze, and the kitchen, as well as the wraparound terrace and covered outdoor dining area. The kitchen is a joy for people who like to express themselves by cooking or inviting private chefs (and the concierge knows the best ones to recommend). It has a Lacanche with gas range, marble countertops with a kitchen bar, and a full complement of equipment.

One of the bedrooms is just beside the common area, and a second is a few steps down on the other side of the space. The master bedroom is one level below, in its own bungalow beside the swimming pool. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and private terrace.

The pool level also has an outdoor shower, small alfresco kitchenette, shaded dining area, and sun deck with chaise lounges. The well-established garden and mesmerizing sea views from every corner of the house, even the bathrooms, enhance the villa experience.
