On the far eastern end of the island, nestled into the greenery and with views of the sparkling ocean beyond, Villa Zion Spirit (ZIO) is a villa that fully captures the real spirit of St. Barth. The luxury rental property is private and secluded in the hills of Petit Cul de Sac but also within walking distance of the beach.
The design and layout of Villa Zion Spirit give it a feeling that is comfortable and easy. This is a place that’s ideal for a small family or group of friends, and of course, the Concierge can customize a memorable stay for any sort of group.
The main level includes a living space and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a covered outdoor sitting area and dining area. A small pool and some sun loungers are tucked away on the sunny side of the terrace, making it easy for sun-seekers and those who prefer shade to socialize throughout the afternoon. Both areas have sea views.
Two of the bedrooms are on this main level, separated from each other on opposite sides of the living space. Each one has a romantic four-posted bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs, near the entrance and parking area.
